Warfield

A strategic masterplan consisting of several phases was developed with a ‘landscape-led’ design approach, proposing a network of SANG areas, river park, green spaces and corridors.

Set in a country park environment of some 65 acres of landscaped open space, it provides a wide mix of 750 dwellings from starter homes to larger family houses as well as including the provision of around 60 Senior Living apartments for elderly people. Along with providing new homes the development includes new play facilities and around 14 hectares of woodland and parkland.
