Redevelopment of a former office complex and grounds to create 84 dwellings and 60 bedroom care home, for Berkeley Homes and Beechcroft Developments.

To the South of the site sits the original grade II listed, mid-19th century building, built as a private residence in a mature landscape setting, converted to create apartments. Other purpose built office buildings were demolished and the site redeveloped to provide open market housing, social housing, assisted living housing and a care home.
