Penhurst Gardens is an award-winning collection of 33 newly-built two and three-bedroom houses and apartments along with a further 11 one, two and three-bedroom homes created in Buchanan House, the result of the careful restoration and conversion of two original buildings.
Formally a school, consent was granted for the removal of the unsympathetic & inappropriate buildings with sensitively designed new buildings in keeping with the Cotswold vernacular.
