This development of 6 terraced houses is located in a Conservation area, close to the market place in the centre of Wantage. The area around has a history stretching back many centuries and the development has been designed to extend this varied historical context into the present age.

The design fits into the traditional land use pattern in this part of the town, but is intentionally modern in its modelling, detailing and use of materials. The development embodies low energy technologies to reduce carbon footprint.
