We are happy to share we have gained planning permission for a new detached bungalow in East Hanney, Oxfordshire.
The new dwelling will be accessed in a similar manner to neighbouring properties: from the A338.
The site is considered to be an infill plot that can readily repeat the adjoining existing street and settlement grain.
The materials and architectural language are sympathetic to the surrounding Conservation area.
