Just after the New Year, one of our colleagues, Aidan Kelly, embarked on a 12 week - Help to Grow: Management course run via University of Bath School of Management , which he has now completed.
Over the three months, the course covered a series of focused modules designed to gain the skills and knowledge to boost business performance and growth potential. Throughout, Aidan not only engaged with the learning but also applied it directly to our practice, evidencing how each module could support and enhance the way we operate at BHPH.
Aidan’s commitment to continuous learning reflects our wider ambition as a team - to evolve, improve, and deliver greater value for our clients.
